Choking on Guttural Regrets

Discussing the link mental and physical stress, I wanted a very hard and tangible machine to interact with an intangible, apparitional figure instead of the usual human subject. The title comes from the regrets and thoughts we dwell on that if lingered on for too long can cause physical pain. Figure had a red clown nose and rosier cheeks in the initial sketch to reference person’s stresses not being taken seriously by one’s peers, or taken for a joke. Although I decided to keep the same color palette and green eyebrows.
